The United Defense Manufacturing Corp. (UDMC) F9 is a Filipino-designed and manufactured pistol-caliber submachine gun (military model) or carbine (civilian model) chambered in 9mm NATO. It features an AR-style appearance, a delayed straight blowback operating system, and uses Glock-style magazines. Designed for point targets up to 100-120 meters, the F9 was launched in October 2019 and uses a delayed blowback system for support during high-pressure gas events in full-automatic mode.
