	For Corporations - SEC Articles of Incorporation
	For Active Government Employees - Copy of Appointment Order / Oath of Office
	For Military Reserves - J9 Clearance
	For Retirees or Senior Citizens - Bank Account Certificate / Retirement Order / Certificate of Pension / Agricultural Land Title

2. Choose the correct LTOPF type.

Note: Price includes: Gun Safety Seminar Certificate, Neuro-Psychiatric Test, & Drug Test.

3. Attend the Gun Safety Seminar.

Our facility will be the setting for the gun safety seminar led by our experienced officers.

4. Take the Drug test and Neuro-Psychiatric test.

Mandatory attendance at FEO OSS is required for these tests. We’ll be there to help guide you through the process at FEO Camp Crame, which may take a bit of time, so plan accordingly.

5. Wait.

It may take up to two weeks for results to be available, depending on FEO’s current processing capacity. You can monitor the status of your LTOPF by checking your account on www.feo-system.com.
