The Beretta Cheetah .380 pistols offer all the advantages that make their big brother the standard against which all other pistols are judged. The open slide design increases reliability and virtually eliminates jams and stovepiping. The frame is made from an aluminum alloy with the strength and durability of steel. Safety is assured through the firing pin block and trigger bar disconnect that disengages the trigger from the sear mechanism when the safety is on.

Description

The Model 84FS Cheetah is a .380 caliber double-action pistol with all of the exceptional safety features you've come to expect from a Beretta. The manual safety with hammer decocking device lovers the hammer and interrupts the connection between trigger, hammer and sear. The pistol cannot be fired until the trigger is pulled. Even if the pistol is dropped, an internal firing pin blocking device prevents accidental discharge.
The magazine release is reversible and allows fast exchange of the staggered magazine. The enlarged combat trigger guard provides support for a two-handed hold or use with gloves.
